At Xcsory Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

✅ Return Window:

• You may return your product within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Conditions for Return:

To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be:

• In its original condition — unused, unwashed, and without any damage

• Returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or tags

• Free from any scratches, cracks, or signs of wear

❌ Return Not Accepted If:

• The product is damaged, broken, or visibly used

• Packaging is missing or incomplete

• The request is made after 7 days of delivery

💰 Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.
